Except normal composite insulators used on distribution and transmission lines, substations and railways, we also produce insulators for apparatus and special requirement from the customers.
We can design and develop new types of composite insulators to meet special use. We need parameters and material requirement to design. We will provide drawings for customer approval, and open new mold for samples for approval.
These insulators typically feature a solid core rod made of fiberglass for structural stability, surrounded by shed profiles made of silicone rubber or other polymers to enhance performance under various environmental conditions.
The top fittings can be changed into plastic material for line post insulator, HDPE, nylon, PP and other materials are available for the insulators.

Except the above, other special requirements by the end user are needed.
