Composite electrical railway insulators are vital for overhead catenary systems in electrified railways, providing insulation and mechanical support to conductors.
We are one of the first companies of getting the CRCC certificate which proves we have the right to supply composite railway insulator to China railways Corporation and our product is enough qualified to suit the technical requirement of China railway. Our company is the appointed enterprise by ministry of railways to produce composite electrical railway insulator. We also export a lot to UK, France and some other European railway companies.
Composite railway insulators have two types. One is suspension type, which is used for tension service, can be ball and socket type or clevis and tongue type. Another is post type which is used to support conductor and insulate like cross arm.
